The Story
The UK’s best butter both from an ethical, and taste perspective. We make our butter with the cream from our own Jersey cows - a NATIVE breed of the British Isles. The cream is cultured for 3 days using Lactic cultures when it is warm, fresh from the day’s milking, then churned using specialist artisan techniques into 200g golden bars.
There is no other butter like ours - 100% pasture fed, beyond organic, and the only butter made at a dairy that allows it’s cows to keep their calves at foot.
